Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how PrintFlo LLC (“PrintFlo,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you visit our website, book a demo, contact us, or use our products, including the PrintFlo Shopify app and OMG Exports (together, the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to the practices described here.
1. Information we collect
Information you provide
When you fill out a form, book a meeting, or contact us, we collect what you choose to share, which typically includes your name, email address, company name, company website, and the content of your message. When you subscribe to the Service, we collect account and billing details needed to set you up.
Credentials and settings you enter
To connect PrintFlo to your production system, you may provide credentials and configuration such as your Printavo API token and the email address associated with your Printavo account, along with the mapping and export settings you configure. We use these only to operate the Service on your behalf.
Data we process from connected platforms
The Service moves order data between the platforms you sell on and Printavo. When you connect Shopify, OrderMyGear, or Printavo, we access and process the data needed to do that, which can include order details, line items, sizes and quantities, imprints and print locations, customer contact details on an order, mockups and uploaded artwork, and similar production information. SeeData from connected platforms below for more.
Information collected automatically
When you visit our website, we collect limited technical information such as your device and browser type, approximate location, referring pages, and how you interact with the site. We use a privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics tool (Fathom Analytics) for aggregate site metrics. We also use advertising and retargeting technologies and lead-attribution tools, described inCookies and tracking technologies.
2. How we use information
- Provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Service.
- Set up your account, process payments, and manage your subscription.
- Move and transform your order data between connected platforms as you configure.
- Respond to your inquiries, provide onboarding, and offer support.
- Send you service, security, and administrative messages.
- Measure and improve our marketing, including advertising performance and retargeting audiences.
- Protect the Service, detect and prevent fraud or abuse, and comply with our legal obligations.
3. Data from connected platforms
PrintFlo is an integration tool. Its core function is to read orders from where you sell (such as Shopify and OrderMyGear) and create production-ready invoices in Printavo. We access these platforms through their official APIs, using the authorization or API credentials you provide, and only to the extent needed to deliver the features you enable.
When we process order and customer data that originates in your store or your Printavo account, we act as a processor on your behalf. You are the controller of that data and are responsible for having the right to share it with us and for your own privacy obligations to your customers. We do not use your order data to build advertising audiences, and we do not sell it.
Your use of Shopify, OrderMyGear, and Printavo is also governed by those companies’ own terms and privacy policies. PrintFlo is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially supported by Printavo, Shopify, or OrderMyGear.
4. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in the following circumstances:
- Service providers. Vendors that host our infrastructure, process payments, deliver email, and provide customer support, acting on our instructions.
- Connected platforms. Shopify, OrderMyGear, and Printavo, as needed to perform the exports and syncs you configure.
- Advertising and analytics partners. Providers that help us measure site traffic and run advertising and retargeting campaigns.
- Lead-attribution providers. Tools that help us understand where our website visitors and inquiries come from.
- Legal and safety. When required by law, to enforce our agreements, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of PrintFlo, our users, or others.
- Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.
5. Cookies and tracking technologies
Our website uses a small number of tracking technologies:
- Essential. Needed for the site and app to function.
- Analytics. Aggregate, cookieless site measurement through Fathom Analytics.
- Advertising. Pixels and tags from advertising partners that help us measure ad performance and show relevant ads to people who have visited our site.
You can control cookies through your browser settings and can opt out of many advertising cookies through the tools those partners provide. Where required, we ask for your consent before setting non-essential tracking technologies.
6. Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, to opt out of marketing, and to withdraw consent to tracking. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at team@getprintflo.com. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in each message.

7. Data retention
We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide the Service, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When it is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it. You can ask us to delete your information as described above.
8. Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information, including encryption in transit and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

12. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above, and for material changes we will provide additional notice where appropriate. Your continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the revised Policy.
